Cut to the chase, here’s my take
A hidden gem just steps from the Pompeii ruins! The delightful lemon garden provides a serene escape, while the friendly staff goes above and beyond, arranging private guides for us. Dining on freshly prepared meals in this oasis was a highlight, though some rooms could use an update. A perfect stop for history lovers.

Stunning garden setting, proximity to Pompeii archaeological site, charming historical character mixed with modern comfort
Dated room decor needs refurbishment!!! Air conditioning issues made nights uncomfortable!!! Navigation to the hotel entrance can confuse first-time visitors!!! Limited electrical outlets in rooms could be a hassle for tech-savvy travelers!!!

Fabulous gardens and a delightful restaurant—dinner was pure bliss! The staff was incredibly friendly, eager to help. It’s right by the ruins, making it perfect for sightseeing!
However, if you’re expecting air conditioning, good luck sweating it out! I might as well have booked a sauna!

We loved the spacious rooms and beautiful gardens. The staff made us feel right at home, even giving extra attention to our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location near the Pompeii ruins was fantastic.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly snacks at breakfast.

Fantastic citrus garden made the stay enjoyable, perfect for relaxing. The shower lacked sufficient pressure, making it frustrating to use. Happy hour at the outdoor restaurant was a great addition. Very close to the ruins, just a short walk. Room decor felt a bit dated.

The lovely gardens adorned with citrus trees made my strolls delightful, creating a serene atmosphere where I could relax and enjoy nature right at my doorstep. The accessibility features catered well to my needs as a senior.
More accessible furniture in the room would help.
